1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing jillss.org, creating an account, making a deposit, claiming a bonus, or participating in any game or promotion offered by jillss ("the Platform"), you ("the Player," "you," "your") acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms & Conditions, together with the jillss Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, each of which is incorporated herein by reference.

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and jillss ("the Company," "we," "us," "our"). If you are accessing jillss on behalf of another person or entity, you represent that you have the authority to bind that person or entity to these Terms.

jillss reserves the right to request documentary proof of eligibility at any time, including government-issued identification confirming age and identity. Accounts that cannot satisfy eligibility requirements will be suspended pending review or permanently closed, with applicable balances returned to the verified owner.

3. Account Registration & KYC

3.1 Registration

Each individual may hold only one (1) registered account on the jillss platform. Duplicate accounts are strictly prohibited and may result in the forfeiture of all balances and permanent closure of all associated accounts. You must provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process, including your full legal name, date of birth, valid Philippine mobile number, and a working email address.

3.2 Know Your Customer (KYC) Verification

Before processing any withdrawal, jillss requires all players to complete KYC verification. Acceptable documents include: PhilSys (National ID), Philippine Passport, Driver's License, or UMID. You may also be required to submit proof of payment method ownership (e.g., screenshot of GCash account showing your registered name) and a selfie holding your ID. KYC documents are processed within 24 hours under normal circumstances. jillss reserves the right to request additional documentation at any time.

3.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your jillss login credentials. jillss will never ask for your password via chat, email, or SMS. Any activity conducted through your jillss account while logged in is your responsibility. Immediately notify jillss support if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.

4. Deposits & Payments

jillss accepts deposits in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱) via the following methods: GCash, Maya (PayMaya), BPI, BDO, Metrobank (via InstaPay/PESONet), and USDT cryptocurrency. The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. Deposits are credited to your jillss account in real time or within the processing window of the selected payment method.

All funds deposited into your jillss account must originate from a payment source registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited. jillss reserves the right to hold, reverse, or forfeit deposits made from unverified or third-party sources pending investigation.

5. Withdrawals

The minimum withdrawal amount on jillss is ₱200. Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for deposit where technically possible. jillss processes GCash and Maya withdrawals for fully KYC-verified accounts within one (1) hour during normal operating conditions. Bank transfer withdrawals (BPI, BDO, Metrobank) are processed on the same banking day if submitted before 3:00 PM Philippine Standard Time.

jillss reserves the right to delay or withhold a withdrawal pending identity verification, fraud investigation, or technical review. Players will be notified of any such hold and the reason thereof. Withdrawals associated with suspicious activity, uncleared bonus wagering requirements, or ongoing account investigations may be suspended until the matter is resolved.

6. Bonuses & Promotions

All bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and promotional credits offered by jillss are subject to specific terms communicated at the time the offer is presented. General bonus conditions applicable across all jillss promotions include:

• Bonuses are available to one account per person, per household, per device, and per IP address;
• Wagering requirements must be satisfied before bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn;

8. Prohibited Conduct

9. Responsible Gaming

• Deposit limits — set daily, weekly, or monthly caps on account funding;
• Session time reminders — on-screen notifications at 30, 60, or 90-minute intervals;
• Cooling-off periods — temporary self-suspension from 24 hours to 30 days;
• Permanent self-exclusion — irrevocable closure of your jillss account.

jillss enforces the minimum age of 21 years strictly. 10. Account Suspension & Closure

In cases of voluntary closure or suspension initiated by jillss for regulatory compliance reasons, any confirmed real-money balance will be returned to the player via their verified withdrawal method after deduction of any applicable bonus liabilities.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, jillss shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the jillss platform — including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill. jillss's total cumulative liability to any individual player in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the 30 days preceding the claim.

jillss makes no warranties — express or implied — that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or harmful components. Use of the jillss platform is at your own risk.

12. Intellectual Property

All content on the jillss platform — including but not limited to the brand name, logo, website design, game interfaces, graphics, text, and promotional materials — is the exclusive intellectual property of jillss or its licensed content providers. No content from jillss.org may be reproduced, distributed, publicly displayed, or used in any commercial manner without the prior written consent of jillss. Unauthorized use of jillss intellectual property will be pursued to the fullest extent of Philippine and international intellectual property law.

13. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by and shall be construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute arising from or relating to these Terms, your jillss account, or the services provided by jillss shall first be subject to good-faith negotiation between the parties. If unresolved within 30 days, disputes shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the appropriate courts of the Philippines.

14. Amendments to These Terms

jillss reserves the right to amend, modify, or replace these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered players via the email address on file at least 7 days before the amendment takes effect, where reasonably practicable. Continued use of the jillss platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
